About this coffee
Huila, in the south of Colombia, is a region of small family farms and well-known sweet coffees. This medium roast keeps the fruit and adds a caramel sweetness.
It is a very flexible coffee: sweet enough for a morning cup with milk, clear enough to enjoy black as filter coffee.
How to brew it
- Pour-over: 15 g coffee to 250 g water at 94 °C, ground medium.
- French press: 30 g to 450 g, four minutes. See the French press guide.
- Espresso: 18 g in, 36 g out in 25 to 30 seconds.
