About this coffee
Brazil is the world's largest coffee producer, and Cerrado Mineiro in Minas Gerais is known for coffees dried on the cherry. Natural processing gives a sweet, heavy-bodied cup.
Our medium-dark roast tastes of hazelnut and dark chocolate with a brown sugar finish. Low acidity makes it easy to drink, and it holds up well with milk.
How to brew it
- French press: 30 g to 450 g, coarse grind, four minutes.
- Cold brew: the 1:8 concentrate in our cold brew guide.
- Espresso: works well on its own or with milk.
